Dr. Morgan is a diplomat of the American Board of Urology and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He received his undergraduate and medical education at the University of Illinois. His Urology training was obtained at the University of Colorado and the University of Oklahoma.

Following the completion of his residency, Dr. Morgan practiced in Missouri for two years before joining the Urologic Surgery Associates of Bloomington/Normal, Illinois in 2000. His small town compassion and big-city progressive surgical skills have been vital to the care of many central Illinois citizens. Dr. Morgan has pursued additional training in laser surgery, laparoscopy, neuro-urology, and female incontinence surgery to provide cutting edge treatments for adult and pediatric patients.

Dr. Morgan participates in many advisory and educational panels for overactive bladder and erectile dysfunction treatments. He is active in the education of medical students, and has become a leader in penile prosthetic surgery.

Dr. Morgan proudly serves in the United States Army Reserve. A central Illinois native, he lives in Bloomington with his wife and four children. He is a Harley-Davidson enthusiast and has a passion for golf.
