Mariano V. Tolentino, Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Tolentino has been a practicing urologic surgeon in Central Illinois since 1995. He graduated from medical School at the University of the Philippines, completed his urology residency training at New York Medical College, and received his subspecialty fellowship in male reproductive medicine and microsurgery from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Tolentino is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He lives in Bloomington with his wife and two children and enjoys music as well as theatre. He is actively involved with the local Community Players Theatre. Other interests include traveling and photography.
