Routine prescription refills will be handled only during office hours (Monday
through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Please call the main number 309-888-4000
and select extension 14 for the phone nurse. Please provide the name and
telephone of your pharmacy. In addition provide your name, date of birth, name
of medicine and dosage. Generally, during business hours you will talk directly
with the phone nurse. If you are forwarded to the recording provide the above
information. Please then check with your pharmacy to see that the medicine was
filled as the phone nurse will only call back if there is a problem.
